Ferienhaus liegt in einer malerischen Bucht die ein besonderes Mikroklima hat.

Wenn Sie Urlaub abseits des hektischen Stadtlebens, neugierigen Blick und Ton ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie! Das Haus liegt in einem großen Garten 1000 m2, von hohen Zypressen, die Schatten und dicke bieten während der heißesten Sommertage umgeben.

Vom Haus bis zum Meer, und ein kleiner Strand (wo gibt keine Touristen) dauert nur etwa fünfzig Schritte. Da die Bucht hat nur dreißig Häuser (das sind Zweitwohnungen), gibt es keinen Verkehr, und das Meer ist kristallklar. Die Lage ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, aber auch für Geschäftsleute, die die Hektik des Alltags oder Naturliebhaber und Wandern zu entkommen.

Sie können sich auf Schwimmen oder Tauchen in einige der vielen Buchten in der Nähe.

Das Haus bietet Ihnen eine komplette zwei Fläche von hundert Quadratmetern und ist für 6 Personen geplant, nach der Vereinbarung können 1-2 zusätzliche Betten bieten. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und das andere mit zwei Etagenbetten, Bad, Küche / Esszimmer Stil Tavernen, Wohnzimmer (mit Galerie)(Meerblick), Kleiderschrank übersieht, und vor allem in Sommer, eine große überdachte Terrasse von ca. 30 m2 mit einer schönen Aussicht, einen Tisch für 10 Personen und einem Kamin aus Stein, Gasgrill and Bluetooth/USB/SD hi-fi System.

Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage und Parkplätze für die Gäste.

Wasser kommt aus 6 m3 wassertank und ganze haus is mit Wasserleitung aussgestattet. Da gibt auch ein reserve tank mit 2,5 m3 wasser.

Da die gemischten städtischen Platz, genießen Sie die Ruhe und Isolation (falls gewünscht), und Sie können Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden, Tauchen und Surfen genießen täglich Ausflüge nach Zadar gehören, Nationalpark Paklenica (Freiklettern), Adrenalin-Park in der Nähe Rizvanuša Gospic, auf der Jagd nach Armagh, Klettern auf dem Velebit Bergwege oder die schöne Landschaft um den Fluss Gacke. Nacional Park Plitvice auch nicht weit.

Wohler zu fühlen und genießen Sie die hausgemachten Speisen, zwei vor drei Mal wöchentlich wird der heimischen Obst, Gemüse und Wein und jeden Tag in der Bucht kommt frisches Brot, und das Gewerbe der Reisenden, dass Sie die notwendigen Zutaten, um Ihre Bestellung abgeschickt.

Strand, die nur vierzig Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet, ist Beton. Kies ist ca. 300 Meter. Wenn Sie mit einem kleinen Kind kommen, können wir Sie mit einem Sandkasten und der Pool der Inflation bieten.

Schwimmbad is 6 x 3,5 m und is privat.

Haustiere sind nicht willkommen, und das Rauchen in Haus nicht erlaubt.

Nach der Ankunft in unserem Haus, werden wir Sie mit einem kroatischen Köstlichkeiten und Wein gerecht zu werden, und wir geben Ihnen alle Informationen über Strände, Natur-und Kulturerbes und Ausflüge.

Vacation home is located in a picturesque bay in Park of nature "Velebit".
If you want a vacation away from the city crowds and sounds, this is the right place for you! The house is located in a large garden of 1000 m2, surrounded by tall cypress trees that provide shade during the hottest summer days.
Only 50 steps separate the house and the beach. Since the bay has only about 30 vacation houses, there is no traffic and the sea is crystal clear. It is ideal for families with children and also for business people who want to escape from daily stress or the nature lovers.

The house will offer the entire area of one hundred square meters and is perfect for up to 6 people. The house consists of two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a king size bed with one bed above it and 1 single bed, bathroom, kitchen / diner-style taverns, living room above which you can enjoy a nice lounge (Play station 2, table football and satellite TV) and most importantly during the summer, a spacious roofed terrace (around 30 m2 large) with a beautiful view, a table for 10 people, stone fireplace, gas barbecue and Bluetooth/USB/SD hi-fi system.

The house has a double garage and double parking for guests.

Upon arrival in our house we will give you all information about beaches, natural and cultural heritage and the possibility of trips.
We can arrange for you climbing tours, sea & river kayaking, cycling tour, adrenaline parks... or give you all information about them so you can get in contact with organizers.
If you like we can provide you with more details over e-mail before your arrival so you can plan your stay and activities.
To feel more comfortable and enjoy the homemade food, two to three times weekly service shall be made local fruits, vegetables and wine; every day in the bay comes fresh bread, and mobile commerce to find the necessary ingredients to your order.

Beach, which is located only thirty meters from the house, is concrete, and gravel/sand beach is about 400 meters away. If you come with a small child, we can provide you with a sandbox.

Ako želite provesti odmor daleko od buke i gužve grada, ovo je pravo mjesto za vas! Kuća je smještena u velikom vrtu od 1000 m2 te je okružena visokim čempresima i borovima koji osiguravaju hladovinu tijekom najvrućih ljetnih dana.

Samo 50 stepenica dijeli kuću od plaže. Budući da u cijeloj uvali ima tek tridesetak kuća za odmor, u uvali nema prometa, a more je kristalno čisto. Mjesto je idealno za obitelji s djecom te za poslovne ljude koji žele pobjeći od dnevnog stresa ili za ljubtelje prirode.

Kuća nudi svoju cjelokupnu površinu od 100 m2 I idealna je za do 6 osoba. Kuća se sastoji od 2 spavaće sobe, jedne s bračnim krevetom i druge s bračnim krevetom i drugim krevetom za jednu osobu koji se nalazi iznad bračnog, te još jednog kreveta za jednu osobu, kupaonice, kuhinje / blagovaonice u stilu konobe, dnevne sobe iznad koje možete uživati u galeriji na kojoj se nalazi Play station 2, stolni nogomet i satelitska televizija i, ono što je ljeti najvažnije, prostrana natkrivena terasa (veličine od oko 30 m2) s prekrasnim pogledom i stolom za 10 osoba te sa zidanim/plinskim profesionalnim roštiljem.

Pri dolasku u našu kuću dat ćemo vam sve informacije o plažama, prirodnoj i kulturnoj baštini i mogućim izletima.

Za vas možemo organizirati ture slobodnog penjanja, kajakinga po moru ili rijekama, biciklističke ture, adrenalinske parkove... ili vam dati informaciju o njima da možete stupiti u kontakt s organizatorima.

Ukoliko želite, možemo vas o svemu detaljno uputiti preko e-maila prije vašeg dolaska tako da možete planirati vaš boravak i aktivnosti .

Da biste se osjećali još ugodnije i uživali u domaćoj hrani, dva do tri puta tjedno imate na raspolaganju uslugu dostave lokalnog voća, povrća i vina, Nadalje, svaki dan u uvalu dolazi mobilna trgovina koja dovozi namirnice.

Plaža, smještena samo tridesetak metara od kuće je betonska, a šljunčana/pješčana plaža nalazi se 300 metara dalje. Ako dolazite s malim djetetom, možemo vam osigurati pješčanik.

Kuća ima montažni bazen veličine 6 x 3,5 m koji je dostupan u razdoblju od 01.06. do 15.10. i posebno je pogodan za djecu.

Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni.

Pušenje unutar kuće nije dozvoljeno.
